These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of USYC Protocol Labs. By accessing or using our protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using USYC Protocol Labs, including our smart contracts, website, and documentation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the protocol.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this protocol. By using USYC Protocol Labs, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users from certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing specific features. US persons should be aware that certain DeFi activities may be subject to regulatory restrictions.

3. No Warranty

The protocol is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the protocol will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USYC Protocol Labs, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets
  • Smart contract failures, bugs, or exploits
  • Errors in yield calculations or distributions
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Actions of third parties or external protocols

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use USYC Protocol Labs for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
  • Market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
  • Exploitation of smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
  • Circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

Our smart contracts are open source under the MIT License. The USYC Protocol Labs name, logo, branding, and website design are proprietary and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the protocol after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the protocol shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
